With a foundation in design and a passion for helping clients envision their future, Andrea excels at uncovering the hidden potential in properties. She guides her clients through every step, from evaluating a home’s architectural possibilities to making thoughtful decisions about renovations and investments—all while staying grounded in the realities of the local market.
A tireless advocate for her clients, she specializes in helping individuals and families who value character, quality, and homes with lasting potential. For buyers, she offers an unmatched ability to help clients see the possibilities in properties and turn them into dream homes. For sellers, Andrea’s design expertise ensures their homes stand out in the market. From making design recommendations and connecting sellers with trusted professionals to staging, photography, and marketing, she provides a full suite of services to help homes shine and attract the right buyers.
Andrea’s design journey began in Florida but flourished in Virginia, where she earned her master’s degree in architecture from UVA. She co-founded Our Local Commons, a celebrated series of books showcasing Charlottesville’s vibrant food and beverage culture, and launched HubbHouse, a residential design firm with her husband, Brian. Since earning her real estate license in 2016, Andrea has loved blending her passions for design, community, and helping others, even earning the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors’ Rising Star of the Year award in 2017.
Beyond her work, Andrea continually appreciates the inherent beauty and culture of central Virginia, while also working to make Charlottesville a better home for all. As a board member of the Virginia Discovery Museum, Andrea is committed to supporting access to inspiring educational experiences for all children in our community. She also spent several years on the board of Oasis Village, working to develop an intergenerational community of support for single mothers in Charlottesville.
At home, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, their son, Clyde, and their two energetic pups, Lemon and Cash. Together, they love exploring central Virginia’s trails, food, and culture. Always full of recommendations, Andrea is happy to share her favorite local spots with clients and friends alike.
